  • "Where Does Yaffa's Mind Wander When She's Not Working on YaffaBeauty?"

Yaffa loves spending time at the beach, soaking up the sun and listening to the sound of the waves crashing against the shore. She enjoys taking long walks along the shoreline, feeling the warm sand between her toes and the cool ocean breeze on her skin. As she walks, her mind often wanders to different places. Sometimes she thinks about her next business move, brainstorming new ideas and ways to expand YaffaBeauty. Other times, she lets her mind drift to more personal thoughts and memories. She thinks about her childhood, growing up in a small town and the adventures she had with her siblings. She remembers the carefree days of playing in the backyard and chasing fireflies at night. Yaffa also thinks about her travels and the different cultures she has experienced. She loves immersing herself in new places, trying new foods, and learning about different customs and traditions. But most of all, Yaffa's mind wanders to her loved ones. She thinks about her family and friends, the special moments they have shared, and the memories they have created together. She also thinks about her team at YaffaBeauty and how grateful she is to have such a dedicated and talented group of people by her side. As the sun sets and the sky turns into a canvas of vibrant colors, Yaffa takes a deep breath and feels a sense of peace and contentment. She knows that no matter where her mind wanders, she will always come back to this place – the beach, her happy place.

  • "Why Do We Say Shabbat Shalom and What Does It Mean?"

Shabbat Shalom is a Hebrew phrase that is commonly used by Jews to greet each other on the Sabbath, which is the day of rest and holiness in the Jewish tradition. The word "Shabbat" means Sabbath or rest, and "Shalom" means peace. Therefore, the phrase "Shabbat Shalom" can be translated as "Sabbath of peace" or "peaceful Sabbath." The Sabbath is considered a special and sacred time in Judaism, and it is a time for rest, reflection, and spiritual connection. Saying "Shabbat Shalom" is a way to wish someone a peaceful and restful Sabbath, and to acknowledge the importance of this day in the Jewish faith. In addition to being a greeting, "Shabbat Shalom" can also be seen as a blessing. By wishing someone a peaceful Sabbath, one is also expressing a hope for their well-being and happiness during this special time. Overall, saying "Shabbat Shalom" is a way to connect with others and to honor the traditions and values of the Jewish faith. It is a reminder to slow down, appreciate the present moment. So my sweet dears Shabbat Shalom, Have a great one! Love, Yaffa Kosakofsky

  • The first day of the week.

Today is the first day after Shabbat. Brand new week. To make brand new decisions. Cleanse yourself. Your whole again. Once Shabbat in the past there's a new Shabbat in the future. But this week to be full of surprises. What will you do this week? Will you take this week by storm and be the best you can be? I sure hope you do! Just remember you are beautiful, and you are a light to yourself and to the world. So let your light shine but the whole world to see. Take care of yourself first so that you can take care of everyone around you. Take care of your skin. Listen to your favorite music. Dance. Dance a lot! Pick up that glass of wine. Laugh. Laugh a lot. Remember if you are a mother; motherhood is one of the best Joy's in life. And finally make that one on one time with God no matter how you do that. Whether it's meditation or time in the word, in the Torah as we Jews say. Just make time for God and that will do a thousand enlightenments for your soup.

  • Changing Your Imagery 💕🍷💕

Women this is for you! I am now 40 years old, 4'9, around 120 pounds or so. I've always been very judgmental and hard on myself. Even at my best! I can't look into the mirror without thinking I'm fat and need to lose weight. (Or oh no I'm going bald... Which I am not! Although my mind will tell me something different. Our minds can be our worst Enemy! This is a lifelong struggle I have had. I'm very judgmental with myself. It is also my greatest strength... My mind! It has taught me to be the toughest Warrior Princess. With this being a lifelong struggle and it make me very judgmental and tough on myself. I have learned never to give up and despite my horrible car wreck I am still in the game. I have great muscle tone which has always gone in my favor. I can thank my disability for that part. That was a gift from God. Ask me about my story sometime. I'll proudly share it. One day I'll even write a book. The point of this is encourage you ladies. You're not alone. You're beautiful from the inside-out! Actively working out helps to drive out those demons. When you're working out you can eat normally. On the other hand when you're limited to not working out; you are also limited to what you can or should put in your body. At that point you are at the highest risk of weight gain. Sorry ladies but it's facts! I know. I live it out too much sometimes. But when I am living actively going to the gym on a regular basis I release that emotion in my heart; and I can eat freely. I can enjoy life, I can laugh! I'm doing that again. I was in a car wreck in 2021. Honestly it should have killed me. God had other plans. So here I am opening my business trying to keep it afloat somehow. Encouraging you ladies, Sharing my story, Meeting all kinds of people here online, Trying to keep people in line! LOL Having a great time raising my boys and thinking about my future:-) Shalom Aleichem, to God be the glory! Here are some pictures I have enjoyed doing on my photo app with a background. They're not the best pictures done at all. Probably bad facial expressions! And but they show you who I am and the struggles of mental that I go through even though I know I'm not fat! Maybe a little bit chubby but not fat. So girls hit the gym enjoy life and pick up a glass and cheers to each other!🍸🍸🍸

  • Shalom and Welcome all!!!

Shalom, friends, For my friends that are not Jewish shalom means hi. So Hello my dear ones. Welcome to my store and please enjoy my gems. I have created this wonderful corner and it is so much more than simply things to buy. It is a place where one can lift another friend up in kindness. Especially when we live in a world that is so full of hatred and war. I come from a Jewish family and that is where my passion is. My family came Poland and the present day Ukraine area region in the late 1800's. outside of my good Jewish family; I had to overcome so many different types of abuse. My soul yearns to love instead of hate , so that is what I cling onto. And as I create this company, that is what I give the world: love, peace and tranquility. So shalom to all. Until next time! Send your thoughts and questions, and as I write next time I will be answering those as well. Yaffa

  • LIFE COACH LESSON #1

Do you feel run down, or ragged? I know I do a lot of times. As I look around I see the sunrise in the morning or the sunset in the evening. I feel calm inside. As I see the flowers blooming outside. I take a nice deep breath as I feel the air through my lungs. At this moment I'm not feeling so stressed anymore. Is your house dirty? Is your laundry piling up or your kitchen need cleaning and do you have trouble finding the time. First, of all it will get done. Secondly, stand on your tippy toes let your fingertips reach to the sky and back down again. Roll your head back and forth, let your shoulders roll. How do you feel now? A little bit better? A little bit less stressed? Okay, go get those dishes done. And then time to hop in the hot shower. Enjoy the lather. Enjoy the heat on your shoulders. Enjoy washing your face letting all of today's worries go away. Are you done? You want five more minutes? Okay put the bubbles in the bath enjoy five more minutes. Make sure you light the sweet smelling candles. Wrap up in your cozy terry cotton robe. Now is the time for the last step your facial. Your face is clean. Some people put the face mask on during the bath. Some people wait until after the bath.. after you've lost your face mask off, pick up your favorite face toner and cotton pads. Next you will find face oil of your choice. And the finale is your favorite face lotion.
