The first day of the week.

Today is the first day after Shabbat. Brand new week. To make brand new decisions. Cleanse yourself. Your whole again. Once Shabbat in the past there's a new Shabbat in the future. But this week to be full of surprises. What will you do this week? Will you take this week by storm and be the best you can be? I sure hope you do! Just remember you are beautiful, and you are a light to yourself and to the world. So let your light shine but the whole world to see. Take care of yourself first so that you can take care of everyone around you. Take care of your skin. Listen to your favorite music. Dance. Dance a lot! Pick up that glass of wine. Laugh. Laugh a lot. Remember if you are a mother; motherhood is one of the best Joy's in life.

And finally make that one on one time with God no matter how you do that. Whether it's meditation or time in the word, in the Torah as we Jews say. Just make time for God and that will do a thousand enlightenments for your soup.
